A federal judge ruled that the US military’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate broke the law, after service members were ordered to take the mRNA shots under Emergency Use Authorization. Ivan Raiklin – retired Green Beret, former intelligence officer, and attorney – joins Dr. Kelly Victory to break down the landmark ruling and to tell what really happened in his hallway confrontation with Dr. Fauci over funding of the Wuhan lab.
Raiklin is now being sued by Dr. Terry Adirim, the Pentagon official who wrote the September 2021 memo implementing the vaccine mandate. He says he is using her own lawsuit to dig into how the mandate was rolled out in the first place. A summary-judgment hearing is set for October 30 in Alexandria federal court.
“The mandate broke federal law, and now they have to answer under oath,” says Raiklin.
