If you were a billionaire member of the global elite, and you became convinced that the greatest threat to humanity is overpopulation, how far would you go to “save” your species?
In a recent article for Brownstone, Dr. Clayton Baker offers a possible explanation for the strange actions of the world’s top health officials and authorities during the pandemic: they think they know something that we don’t, and they believe we are too simple to understand the impending danger even if they tried to tell us.
“The consensus, reached after lengthy consultations with these men and other luminaries, was that the worldwide human population must be reduced from 8 billion to 500 million units. But how?” writes Dr. Baker in his fictionalized account. War? A bomb?
“A plague, a pestilence, a pandemic seemed more promising,” writes Dr. Baker. “Past naturally occurring pandemics had reduced human populations much more successfully than wars.”
