Jennica Pounds, AKA Data Republican, built an open-source platform that gave Americans searchable access to billions of dollars in federal grant spending. The discovery was explosive: while Americans struggle to make a living, their government is wasting billions of dollars on fraud and overseas NGOs.
But the exposure angered her targets, who stand to lose multimillion dollar money trains. After her research went viral, Pounds says she was doxxed and harassed – and now the media is attempting to divert attention from her research and focus the story on her instead.
“Why are the world’s most generous people financially abused by their own government?” she asks in her upcoming book UNELECTED, which traces $200 billion sent to Ukraine, $50 billion a year to USAID, and $9 billion for refugee resettlement back to what she calls the NGO-Administrative Complex.
Jennica joins Dr. Drew to walk through where that money actually lands, the federal departments and NGOs that move it, and why she says it’s linked to a “centuries-old ideology called supranationalism.” Jennica is deaf and appears with the assistance of her interpreter, Terrill Corletto.
Also on today’s show: Larry Elder, talk radio host, former presidential candidate, and author of As Goes California: My Mission to Rescue the Golden State, joins Dr. Drew to discuss California’s governor’s race.
