MAHA is split over Kennedy’s statement explaining President Trump’s recent support for Bayer and their product Roundup (originally from Monsanto). Glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup, is an herbicide that has been linked to non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, was labeled “probably carcinogenic” by the International Agency for Research on Cancer, and is the subject of thousands of lawsuits. It is the most-used weedkiller in history.
To make matters worse: a new report commissioned by Moms Across America claims pesticides were found in 100 percent of sampled U.S. military meals, including cafeteria food and MREs. Founder Zen Honeycutt says testing also detected heavy metals, glyphosate, and veterinary drugs banned in many countries.
