The Kennedy campaign fought for ballot access in all 50 states – and won. But the constant court cases and resistance from the DNC have taken a toll on the campaign’s momentum.
“We should be celebrating,” says Nicole. “We should be at a party singing and dancing and praising American democracy because there’s still a path. Instead, we’re spinning our wheels, running after these court cases across 9 different fronts.”
