Mike Catherwood – Coming Live From Texas!

Mike Catherwood is a Los Angeles native and is one of the most beloved names in LA’s top-rated radio market. Michael began as an aspiring musician in the world of punk rock and, through a dark maze of addiction, found himself with life as a comedian and broadcaster. As a member of the legendary “Kevin and Bean Show,” Catherwood developed some of the most beloved characters in the show’s history. His start at Kevin and Bean lead to him taking over for Adam Carolla as host of “Loveline” with Dr. Drew. Loveline’s national exposure opened myriad doors for Michael in both radio and television. He hosted a political talk radio show at KABC 790 and was a weekly member of the “Jason Ellis Show” on Sirius XM until December of 2020. Additionally, Mike currently co-hosts the health/fitness podcast “Mikey Likes You” and the uplifting “Great News” on YouTube and in podcast format.

On the television side, Mike’s hosted the revival of “Chain Reaction” (GSN), “American Chopper Live: The Build-Off” (Discovery), and filled in for Regis on numerous episodes of “Live with Regis and Kelly” (ABC). He’s appeared as himself on “Dancing With the Stars” (ABC), “Bad Girls Club” (Oxygen), “The Choice” (Fox), and in the TV documentary “Everybody Has an Andy Dick Story.” His versatile abilities have landed him hosting gigs at CNN, HLN, Access Hollywood (NBC), and Entertainment Tonight (CBS). As an actor, he had a two-episode arc as “Mike” on “Undateable” (NBC) and cameo appearances in “Workaholics” and FX’s “Legit”. In 2017, Mike partnered with Ed Helms to develop his radio character of “Rudy” into an animated series for Quibi.

In addition to the hosting work, he’s done countless voice-over and commercial campaigns for clients such as Major League Baseball, Toyota, Bellator MMA, TNT Network, The Discovery Channel, and AT&T. 

Catherwood is a husband and father living somewhere in Texas. . He’s a passionate martial artist and certified personal trainer.
